We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform scrub functions, including instrument selection and handling, to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, as well as communicate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Assist the operating physician with surgical tasks, including hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure.
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for use, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
1-2 years of RN Operating Room experience preferred.
