Travel Night Pharmacist Opportunity
">Seeking a motivated and experienced pharmacist to work in our Oklahoma-based outpatient pharmacy.

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Pharmacist for a 13-week contract position. This opportunity requires minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience, with prior outpatient experience preferred but not required. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Dispense medications and ensure patient safety as part of a dynamic team.
  • Counsel patients on proper medication usage, promoting health awareness and adherence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy, driving better patient outcomes.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control, to maintain efficient services.
  • Utilize pharmacy systems (Script Pro, Etreby, and Cerner), with training available for all systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill daily dispensing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medications.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and providing personalized guidance.
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to coordinate medication plans and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to regulatory requirements, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, applying knowledge to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.
