Key Responsibilities
  • Manage referrals and prior authorizations for clinical and ancillary services
  • Coordinate scheduling for ancillary departments and ensure timely authorization of services
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with Patient Financial Services to improve the revenue cycle process
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health insurance policies and communicate these changes to the team
Requirements
