Caring Transitions of Milford is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Transition Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors and their families during life's transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with organizing, packing, and relocating their belongings
  • Move supplies and boxes within the client's home
  • Lift boxes, decor, and furniture within the home and to new locations
  • Sort, organize, and pack household goods for moving or sale
  • Safely pack and unpack items
  • Dispose of unwanted items for donation or removal
  • Deliver and ship items purchased through online auction
  • Sort items, take photographs, and add descriptions for online estate sales
  • Engage with clients and their families in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless, high-quality service
  • Participate in community events and initiatives to represent our values and mission
