Senior Clinical Research Associate

Parexel is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from site identification to close-out, ensuring timely and accurate completion of project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical trials from site identification to close-out
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of project goals
- Develop and implement strategies for site activation, patient recruitment, and retention
- Conduct on-site visits, remote visits, and qualification visits
- Generate visit/contact reports and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable international and local regulations
Requirements:
- Substantial site management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research
- Education to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills
