Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is approximately $147,000 to $191,000, providing a competitive remuneration package.

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled CRNAs to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CRNA with Incredible Health, you will be responsible for conducting pre-operative assessments, developing anesthesia plans, and obtaining informed consent from patients.

You will administer general or local anesthesia, sedatives, and pain management medication as per physician's orders, while monitoring patients' vital signs and adjusting anesthesia levels during surgery to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Collaboration with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals is essential to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Maintaining accurate and confidential records of anesthesia administration and adhering to hospital protocols and guidelines are also critical aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mastery of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
  • Active state license as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and in good standing with the medical board
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
