  • To handle all incoming telephone lines for the Support Services Call Center at University Hospital, prioritizing and dispatching services to respond to callers in a timely manner.
  • Entering data into the TMS system with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Processing emergency notification requests, such as overhead paging announcements, activation of pagers, and initiation of emergency codes.
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or GED Certification is required for this position.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in clerical or data entry roles, preferably in a customer service-oriented setting.
  • Detailed oriented individuals with excellent telephone etiquette are highly sought after for this position.
  • Strong time and stress management skills are essential to excel in this fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for successful collaboration within the team.
  • Familiarity with personal computer applications is necessary for performing daily tasks efficiently.
