At Tata Consultancy Services, we're seeking a highly skilled VOD SME to join our team in Milford. As a key member of the VOD Service Desk team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless video delivery and processing.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Assigning work/cases to team members
  • Maintaining active awareness of multiple case tickets with meticulous attention to detail
  • Performing quality analysis of tasks performed by the team members
  • Suggesting and implementing workflow improvements
  • Providing feedback, coaching, and improvement plans to team members

You'll be working closely with experts in the VOD industry, leveraging your expertise in metadata standards (CableLabs, MovieLabs), knowledge of video/audio codecs, and container formats.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in content management systems
  • Data analysis skills (dashboards, Excel)
  • Familiarity with IBM Aspera for file transfers
  • Ability to decode XML files
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting VOD assets (video/audio, encoding, streaming errors)

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
