As a Pharmacy Technician at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Provide pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise, enter prescription information, and complete paperwork and documentation.
Requirements:
- Meets all state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, including minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification issued by PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT) within 9 months of job entry.
