Cybersecurity Specialist for Network Defense

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of practical experience in Cybersecurity/IA and a Secret clearance.

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for providing network monitoring and scanning functions, including vulnerability scanning to ensure IAVA compliance and remediation, antivirus management using antivirus tools, wireless scanning using network detection software, and implementing system security policies.

The position requires strong knowledge of COTS software/hardware, network products, and information assurance policies and procedures. You will also need to provide Tier 2 assistance for personnel/users needing information/assistance with Information Assurance (IA) and CSO related issues.

You will work closely with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in the management of the RMF process in accordance with AR 25-2 and DoDI 8510.01. This includes providing Knowledge Management Services for all information required to perform Certification and Accreditation services.

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required, along with relevant Computing Environment training, such as Security+ CE certification. Experience with SharePoint services, Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS), and IA DoD 8570.01 status verification is also necessary.

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and is based in the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM area. The estimated salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
