About the Role
Baptist Memorial is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the ME Path Donor Center in Memphis. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in coordinating and providing high-quality patient care utilizing critical thinking skills and the nursing process.

Responsibilities
• Assess patients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct clinical breast exams and provide education to patients on health and wellness
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver seamless patient care
• Participate in activities to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes
• Lead by example, demonstrating clinical expertise and leadership skills

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or setting
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate electronic health records
• Active RN licensure and certification as a nurse practitioner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
