Customer Success Advocate

Vyve Broadband is a leading broadband Internet provider serving largely non-urban communities in 16 states. Our company is a technology leader in the cable and broadband sectors, offering an extensive range of broadband, fiber connectivity, cable television, and voice services for commercial and residential customers. We provide high-speed Internet with speeds up to our fastest tier, all-digital, high-definition video, and fully featured digital voice services.
The Role
As a Retention Sales Representative (RSR) at Vyve Broadband, you will be the primary point of contact via telephone with customers, handling all call types and selling/saving appropriate services to customers. You are accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and/or monthly sales and retention goals. Your understanding of our complete line-up of products and their value to the customer is crucial to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize established processes to determine customer needs and ethically promote suitable Vyve products to potential and existing customers. • Achieve sales and retention goals for percentage and volume. • Enhance customer loyalty by effectively promoting Vyve services that will improve the quality of customers' lives and generate sustainable revenues for the company. • Effectively utilize sales/retention techniques to gain and/or retain new and existing customers calling to subscribe or cancel Vyve services. • Accurately document all customer-related transaction information, ensuring work orders and billing systems reflect the transaction requirements accurately. • Ensure professional, courteous, and helpful communication with all customers so they understand their value to Vyve. • Engage in various sales and service tasks, including process improvement, group and individual call observation, quality calibration, and mentoring activities. • Follow up on customer-related issues involving other departments. • Treat all employees, customers, and vendors with respect. • Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred. • Minimum one year experience in sales, a customer-facing environment, in-person or call center. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex technology changes. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. • Excellent computer skills (Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, ISPs). • Strong organizational skills and self-management ability.
Estimated annual salary: $45,000-$60,000 based on location and performance.
