Precision Machine Operator Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Precision Machine Operator Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of related machine operation experience, have demonstrated knowledge of level 1 operations in a related work area, and be able to operate a variety of machine tools and understand set-up instructions.
Job Description: This role involves operating and setting up various machines, including mills, grinders, mass finish bowls, polishers, presses, CNC machine tools, and assembly equipment, to close tolerances and complex geometry. The successful candidate will perform routine set-ups where tolerances are not easy to acquire and maintain, monitor output and proper operation of mechanical equipment, make adjustments as necessary, and conduct tests and inspections of components and/or finished tools to evaluate quality or performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of machinery to fabricate component parts.
- Perform routine set-ups and wheel changeovers on equipment to close tolerances.
- Monitor output and proper operation of mechanical equipment, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct tests and inspections of components and/or finished tools to evaluate quality or performance.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with high school diplomas or equivalent, a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) being preferred. Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production systems is also desirable.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
