Job Description:
    As a CNA on our team, you will assist residents in various settings such as assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and post-acute care environments. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing basic nursing care procedures, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and assisting with resident room cleaning
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, and feeding
• Offering companionship and emotional support to residents and their loved ones

Requirements:
    To succeed in this role, you should have a current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, knowledge of medical terms, and strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with medical professionals, residents, and their families.
