Server Liaison

New Perspective Senior Living LLC is seeking a skilled Server to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant and dining hospitality, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

• Engage with residents in a friendly manner, demonstrating a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, making suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
• Take food and drink orders from residents with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collect payment from residents and guests when necessary, processing transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Practicing safe food handling skills at all times.
• Performing dining room checklists to ensure readiness, cleanliness, safety, and department of health compliance.
• Assisting with food preparation when needed.

Requirements:

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurant or dining hospitality highly desirable.
• A positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure, and maintain high-quality work while unsupervised.
