About the Role

The Management Trainee program at Sika Corporation is a 12-month rotational program designed for high-potential candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher education. This program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various roles within the company, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations.

As a Management Trainee, you will have the support of a mentor and will be involved in on-the-job projects that will help you develop the skills needed to accelerate your career. You will also have the opportunity to work at three different Sika locations across the US within the 12-month period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 12-month rotational program to gain experience in various roles within the company.
  • Work closely with a mentor to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to on-the-job projects that will help you develop your skills and accelerate your career.
  • Travel to three different Sika locations across the US within the 12-month period.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in the work environment.
  • Capacity to balance multiple priorities and projects.
