Business Development and Relationship Manager

About the RoleThis position is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the commercial sector. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business prospects, and build strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in business development and relationship management. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions quickly.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue growth targets;
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients to drive loyalty and retention;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking;
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies;
- Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary range of $87,000 - $161,400 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
