At Allen Integrated Solutions LLC, we're seeking a seasoned Policy and Governance Technical Expert to join our team in providing Enterprise Planning and Management support to our customer. As a trusted agent to the customer's Policy and Governance Staff (PGS), you will serve as a key advisor to the PGS leadership team, working closely with Government/customer colleagues to develop reports, briefings, talking points, and technical status updates on various policy and governance topics.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across organizations and contracts, ensuring the equities of all stakeholders are considered in the development of customer products and supporting desired organizational outcomes. As a Technical Advisor, you will advocate for the Enterprise Planning and Management needs and challenges of your aligned organization in broader enterprise activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical insights in response to changing customer needs across a range of business, mission, and technical issues, taskings, and advisories.
  • Solicit and consolidate inputs from multiple sources (Government, FFRDC, SETA, developer, etc.) and produce high-quality action item responses, reports, briefings, and plans in accordance with customer and division formats and guidelines for internal and external consumption upon Government approval.
  • Gather information and draft/coordinate background and talking papers on selected topics of interest to customer and division leadership.
  • Produce high-quality presentation materials, including multimedia products.
  • Track and status action items, support program-based action item resolution, and provide updates on open actions to division leadership.
  • Liaise across offices/groups, enabling critical communications.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An Active TS clearance with CI Poly.
  • A Bachelor's degree(s) or equivalent experience as a SETA.
  • The ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility.
  • The ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Based on your skills, experience, and location, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.

Location
