Job Description

Job Title: Urodynamic Technician

Location: Woodbury, MN

Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a skilled Urodynamic Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and assisting our physicians with urodynamic testing and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine urodynamic testing, including catheterization, to provide accurate results for our physicians.

• Assist physicians with video urodynamics and other procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

• Maintain urodynamic equipment and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless operations.

• Provide education to patients on urodynamic testing and procedures, addressing any concerns and questions they may have.

• Assist with research studies, collecting data and maintaining accurate records under the direction of the Research Coordinator.

• Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing a professional and safe environment.

• Collaborate with the day-to-day functions within the Center for Continence Care, ensuring efficient operations and high patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Trained in Urodynamics

• Graduate of an accredited program of LPN's/Medical Assistants (MA's must pass certification examination within 1 year of start date)
