At US Foods, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Freight Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a variety of goods to customers while ensuring top-notch customer service.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $69,398.04, based on an hourly wage of $33.34. This role is also eligible for overtime compensation. About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering goods to customers on time and in good condition.
- Loading and unloading freight from vehicles.
- Verifying delivery of items with customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and inventory.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- At least six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
