As a skilled craftsman, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized solutions. Your expertise will ensure that every instrument leaves our store in pristine condition, ready for its next performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain store-owned gear to the highest standards
• Complete warranty repair work efficiently and effectively
• Assist with other duties as assigned
