The position of Strategic Email Marketing Lead involves overseeing the lifecycle of branded email campaigns from conception through to deployment. You'll collaborate with clients, designers, and developers to create impactful email marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive results.

A key responsibility of this role will be managing and scrubbing distribution lists provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations before uploading into Salesforce.

This strategic leadership position requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to identify and creatively solve problems. A solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including design principles, segmentation, personalization, and compliance, is essential for success in this role.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years of campaign or project management experience, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment. Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce and Excel is also necessary, as well as excellent communication skills capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.

Estimated salary for this position may range from $105,000 - $110,000 based on job-related factors, including location, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
