Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Disease Specialist to join our team at Providence Swedish Cherry Hill Campus. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care to patients with cardiovascular disease, including those undergoing cardiac surgery and other invasive procedures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-specific initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care or cardiovascular disease nursing.
  • Proven track record of success in a travel nursing position, with a strong focus on patient outcomes and team collaboration.
  • Current licensure and certification in the state of Washington, with the ability to obtain a temporary license in other states as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

This is an AYA offer unit, and we are seeking a strong traveler to join our team. The unit has unseasoned staff, and we need someone with a high level of expertise and experience to provide guidance and support.
