About P3 Health Partners
P3 Health Partners is a forward-thinking population health management group, founded and led by physicians who aim to revolutionize the industry's focus from managing illness to cultivating wellness. As a health plan-agnostic organization, we work with most plans in our markets, serving as the conduit between healthcare providers and their patients.
We're passionate about making a difference where it matters – with patients, their families, and the communities we serve. Our mission at P3 is simple: we want to help providers and their patients adopt a new kind of care that empowers patients to manage their long-term health and wellness effectively.
Why Join Us?
If you're driven by your passion for patient-centered care, eager to be part of a fast-growing organization in Las Vegas, NV, and motivated to contribute to a collaborative approach in healthcare, consider joining our team of dedicated professionals.

To succeed in this role, you must be bi-lingual in English/Spanish. You should have a strong background in nursing practice, including experience in outpatient clinics, preferably in Geriatrics. A current DEA license and Nevada licensure (or eligibility) are also required.
The Role
As a Bilingual Advanced Practice Clinician, you'll provide expert care to our diverse patient population, utilizing your skills in conducting physical examinations, diagnosing medical conditions, ordering lab tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic patient care.
Our Offerings
By joining P3 Health Partners, you and your patients will benefit from our comprehensive support services, including:
- Personalized support for understanding patient risk and needs
- Liaison services between you and Health Plans for immediate assistance and direct support
- Alignment of funding for appropriate care
- Growth opportunities for your practice through attracting new patients
- Extension of your clinical team outside the office to support patients' needs
