About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Aide II to join our team in providing top-notch office administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate digital files from legacy systems to new platforms, scan paper documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures regarding office services, College protocols, and administrative requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, opening and routing mail, creating correspondence, flyers, letters, syllabi, tests, and reports.
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and supplies through various vendors.
- Supervise student assistants, perform calculations, data entry, and web page administration tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute information as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in providing office administrative support with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Conditions
This role requires 8 hours of work per day, 40 hours per week, in a fast-paced office environment.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
