Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients in the greater Boston, MA area.
Key Benefits:
- Flexibility to operate on your own terms, with the ability to set your own hours, 7 days a week, between 8am-8pm.
- Competitive compensation, including $110 for each completed 1-hour in-home Health Risk Assessment, a $60 daily stipend, and a $25 no-show payment.
- Location flexibility, with extensive patient volume to choose from.
- A commitment of just 6 days a month.
About the Role:
In this position, you will conduct comprehensive Health Risk Assessments, reviewing medical history and understanding social environments to enhance care quality and bridge multiple care gaps in one visit.
Requirements:
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Massachusetts.
- At least 1 year of NP experience.
