Custodian/CSR

At SBM Management Services, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/CSR to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

• Floor Care: Vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Surface Care: Dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass/mirror/window surfaces, as well as metal/wood polishing and cleaning blinds and draperies.
• Waste Removal: Emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas.
• Light Maintenance: Replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets/rooms.
• Compliance: Following safety rules, policies, and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents.

• Education: Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training.
• Skills: Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words, and perform basic math operations.
• Communication: Effective communication with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if driving company vehicle).

$20.22 per hour
