About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze patient assessment data and develop effective care plans in collaboration with our medical team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness through effective communication and empathy.
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare entities, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure from the state of employment or LPN applicant.
  • BLS certification preferred upon hire and required within 30 days of independent patient care.
  • 1 year of clinical patient care experience preferred.
