We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales and business development team as an Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and setting up appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work company-provided leads and generate new leads for our markets nationwide.
  • Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily.
  • Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments.
  • Schedule appointments for our Business Development Managers and Market Development Representatives in each market.
  • Verify and confirm appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings between clients and Business Development Managers and Market Development Representatives.
  • Maintain an accurate record of interactions and appointments set.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and training.
Requirements
  • Associates degree preferred or the equivalent of previous experience in a similar role.
  • 2 years+ experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Natural conversationalist, confident and enthusiastic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Persistent and resilience to deal with rejection.
  • Professional and courteous.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
  • Pay: $22-23 hourly base pay plus the potential to earn a commission.
