  • Month-End Close Process: Own and manage the corporate accounting month-end close process, including reviewing closing journal entries and assigned account reconciliations.
  • Team Management: Manage and supervise the corporate accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Review and analyze financial data, providing timely and reliable information to support the corporate forecast and planning process.
  • Compliance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards (GAAP).
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls within the department, ensuring compliance with established reporting deadlines and adherence to GAAP.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in senior accounting position, preferably in public accounting or manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
