From your PASSION to oursThe Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Forklift Operators will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential. Full-time, over-night shift opportunity. Up to $20 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.) 401K match up to 7% annually.Referral bonus programs ($750-1500)Comprehensive medical, dental, and visionFSA & HSA programsEducation Assistance ProgramPaid time off includes 7 core holidays, 2 floating holidays, 2 volunteer days, and prorated vacation time up to 15 daysPremium pay (overtime) when working on Sundays and core holidaysand moreFrom your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position includeMoving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organization and time-management skills.Required to stand the entire shift. Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.Must occasionally life and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more.Able to manage high-stress environment.
