Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the maintenance, and/or repair, of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment in an assigned group of GetGo convenience stores within a geographical area. Job DescriptionExperience Required: 3 yearsExperience Desired: Mechanical, technical, and/or education. Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalentLifting Requirement: Up to 50 poundsJob ResponsibilitiesMaintain safety as top priority in all aspects of your work, for team members and products. Respond to service requests related to plumbing, electrical, lighting and general maintenance issues. Minimum 50% Proficiency in the repair of equipment listed below. Respond to service requests for a wide variety of in-store equipment which include:Hot beverage equipment basic function (ex. Coffee, Cappuccino) Cold beverage equipment (ex. tea, Fountain, FBD, FCB, Creamers, Ice makers etc.)Hot food equipment (ex. fryers, griddles tortilla presses, ovens, Warmers, etc.)Fuel Dispensers (ex. printers, displays card readers, hanging hardware etc.)Air machines/VacuumsAble to route and prioritize their daily workload, based on priority levels and SLAs managing their workload via computer / phoneAble to manage assigned inventory of parts and tools and meet auditing expectations of +/- 1% while also managing appropriate part levels. Appropriately maintain company vehicle and scheduled vehicle maintenanceAccurately complete all work order duties and responsibilities within our work order management system.  Identify maintenance issues while on site and initiate and or create work orders as needed. Follow up on work orders and parts orders. Effective in communication with store operations personnel.  Manage 3rd party vendors performance. Peer to peer support/recognition as SME.
