Here, you will make an impact by: Reviewing analyzing and reconciling initial Accounts Receivable and Order Entry exceptions and discrepancies to ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment within Solventum’s business practice and time sensitive guidelines. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDMinimum of three years’ experience performing medical insurance collectionsThree or more years of related healthcare experienceDemonstrate knowledge of basic accounting skills.ANDAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Excellent telephone communication skills and customer service skills.Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and negotiating skillsPC skills to include use of Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.Ability to analyze and resolve complex A/R discrepanciesWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 10%Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $49,206 - $60,141, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
