We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our privately owned dental practice for a long-term career. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and be proficient in various general dentistry procedures. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team that values a healthy work environment to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our practice operates on a PPO/Fee-for-service basis, with a steady influx of new patients each month.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and assessments of patients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.

• Perform a variety of dental procedures.

• Utilize dental imaging techniques and AI software (Overjet) to diagnose dental conditions accurately.

• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices and preventative care.

• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants and administrative staff to enhance patient care. 

• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.

• State-of-the-Art Technology: Our practice is equipped with the latest technology, including CBCT, Nomads, 3 Itero's, 3 Sprintray 3D printers, 2 Gemini Diode lasers w PBM, Neodent/ Straumann Implant Systems, centrifuges and PRF trained team, AI Technology, a full surgical suite along with Invisalign and Traditional/ self-ligating Orthodontics. You'll have everything you need to deliver top notch dental care and perform a wide range of procedures.

Schedule:

• Day hours

• No nights

• No weekends

Requirements:

• A current or future Arizona state dental license is required.

• DDS/DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.

• Proficiency in general dentistry practices; experience in oral surgery and endodontics is preferred. Experience using dental software such as Dentix is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients.

• Passion for building a practice with clinical excellence.

• Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chairside manners.

Experience:

• Four or five years of hands-on, general dentistry experience is preferred.

• Proficient with EXTs and RCTs (emergency care).
