This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live.How you will contributeYou will:Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and toolsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when neededProvide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsLead budget management, resource planning and utilizationConfirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go liveOwn the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project deliveryManage a team of PCMs and manage a portfolio of product projects (Innovation, Margin Improvement, and Core Maintenance), delivering projects to market on time, on budget and in scope. Lead cross-functional project teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle processWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Proven experience in project management methodologyManage a team of PCMs and manage a portfolio of product projects (Innovation, Margin Improvement, and Core Maintenance), delivering projects to market on time, on budget and in scope. Lead cross-functional project teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle processExcellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee membersExcellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelinesStrong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project deliveryKnowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutionsStakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision makingProven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partnersStrong conceptual and analytic skills - enjoys problem solvingWhat extra ingredients you will bring:PMP Certification would be a plus6 or more years of project management experienceExperience with product strategyConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience with Product Change is requiredExperience managing people is preferredExperience within a multinational company is preferredStrong analytical skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity and topics with no precedence availableAgility to self-learn on topics and consult where necessaryAbility to articulate complicated situations in a simple mannerStrong communication skills and team playerExtremely systems savvy - for example: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and AccoladeAbility to facilitate dynamic meetings and work with a wide variety of senior stakeholdersEducation / Certifications:Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA would be a plusJob specific requirements:This is a hybrid position with on-site work locatedTravel requirements:less than 10%Work schedule:Business Hours supporting East Coast or West CoastSalary:For salaried roles based: The anticipated base salary range for this position is
$103,200 and $141,900; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company resultsIn addition, Mondelez offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
