Sunday-Tuesday (6am-6pm)LVN ResponsibilitiesExecution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care in system of recordAdministration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapiesPatient assessments and coordination of careHealth, promotion, teaching, and training of family membersLVN RequirementsEligible good-standing license (LVN) for the state in which the clinician will practiceCurrent CPR certificationComfortable providing in-home nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adultsPediatrics experience is helpful, but not necessary.
