The successful candidate will: Looking for a highly skilled and motivated hand polisher with experience in aerospace products for 2nd shiftPosition ResponsibilitiesAssure the manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawingsAdhere to all department and Company quality standardsCheck product dimensions utilizing proper equipmentRefer any issues regarding Deburr and Manual Operations areas to senior leads or supervisorsAssure compliance to all department and Company quality standardsRecord, as required, all productivity on Company systemClean and maintain machinery according to department and Company standardsAdhere to all Company safety regulationsManufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawingsThe ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Familiarity with dremil tools, polishing wheels, buffing wheels, and Cratex polishingFamiliarity with high speed Dotco gunsQualifications:1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to use go/no go gaugesAbility to use dial calipersEducation:• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.Benefits & PerksYou’ll get a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes medical, dental, life, vision, wellness program, disability, 401k, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, including paid vacation, holidays & personal days, and tuition reimbursement.
