Job DescriptionJob Description:Responds to emergent and non-emergent calls; provides medical support and care for patients in the pre-hospital environment. Assesses emergency medical calls to identify patient needs and requirements and to determine best course of treatment. Provides advanced medical care and basic life support service to patients, using appropriate medical equipment, devices and treatment modalities approved by the Medical Director. Communicates with receiving facility to get medical direction and to provide patient's status and other critical information.
