Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually. Our culture of continuous improvement drives Tidy Cats product innovations, revolutionizing the cat litter category with LightWeight litter, combining strength with half the weight. We re also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Bring your talents to our King William plant where we collaborate to meet every challenge successfully and collectively.As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will work closely with the transportation and warehouse management team to schedule and monitor all shipping activities for the factory warehouse. You will coordinate incoming shipments and ensure smooth flow of traffic at the loading dock. You will also be responsible for reviewing all incoming orders and preparing pick lists for shipping personnel.This position will work 7pm-7am Sunday through Wednesday.Communicate updates on shipments, orders, and production to personnelInput shipping confirmations and print Bills of LadingReview and process necessary paperwork for shipping needsCoordinate shipping associates in the completion of the loading schedule and other daily activitiesEnsure load accuracy and completionManage and document inventoryRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent1+ years
experience providing customer service in a fast-pacedmanufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $36,000 to $52,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
