The Role: Fulltime with Cognizant · Role: Senior Business Analyst (Clearwater Platform Experience) · Location: Waltham MA (Hybrid – 03 Days onsite) Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for “Senior Business Analyst (Clearwater Platform Experience) @ Waltham MA (Hybrid – 03 Days onsite)” to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the Investment Front- and Middle- office implementation aspects of the Clearwater platform. The person should be well-versed in Investments processes and knowledgeable about Investment Book of Record (IBOR) principles. The person will be responsible for reviewing current state processes and developing/implementing plans for future state improvements that leverage the Clearwater platform. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you Responsibilities: · Lead the analysis of Clearwater platform to meet business requirements. · Oversee the implementation and integration of Cards Product solutions within the existing systems. · Provide expert guidance on Cards Product functionalities to stakeholders and team members. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of product solutions. · Conduct thorough testing and validation of Cards Product functionalities to ensure quality and performance. · Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Cards Product functionalities and processes. · Monitor and evaluate the performance of Cards Product solutions to identify areas for improvement. · Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of Cards Product solutions. · Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders on Cards Product functionalities. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Cards Product solutions. · Provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to Cards Product functionalities. · Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Cards Product functionalities. · Collaborate with the Asset & Wealth Management team to leverage domain expertise in product development. Certifications Required · Clearwater Analytics – Not mandatory. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
