The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of selling, territory management and portfolio growth. Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotasUse data and analytics to inform business planningComplete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.comIdentify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraintsDemonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of sales training programLeverage hospital network & various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunitiesRelationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders (i.e. surgeons)Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of productsRoutinely attend procedures and placementsIncrease mix of advanced therapy utilization, including NPIsPersuade key stakeholders at hospital to advocate for proposed solutions and productsProvide customer support and serviceSupport conferences, trade shows, and symposiumsCompany Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience in a private, public, government or military environment.ORHigh School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience in a private, public, government or military environment.In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Current and valid driver’s license.Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven track record of quota & target attainmentPrior wound care, medical device, or operating room sales/clinical experienceProven experience in territory management & business planningDemonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e. surgeons)Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areasCustomer focused selling and closingExperience navigating complex selling cyclesCompletion of a formal sales training programExperience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce)Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis processOutstanding data and analytical skillsAdditional RequirementsIn this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities.
