Your Role as an LPN

As an LPN, you ll be at the heart of our care team, ensuring residents receive safe and therapeutic care from admission to discharge. You ll:

  • Collaborate with physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
  • Utilize the nursing process to support residents mental and physical well-being.
  • Serve as a clinical role model and resource for your colleagues.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A current LPN license issued by the State of Iowa.
  • CPR Certification (required within six months of hire).
  • Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
