Your Expertise in Action:

  • Die Maintenance and Repair: You'll be responsible for the daily upkeep and repair of all dies, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance to maximize die lifespan and optimize performance.
  • Precision Machining: Utilize your skills on a variety of machine tools to fabricate, modify, and repair die components with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Apply your analytical abilities to diagnose die malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of die repairs, modifications, and performance data, collaborating effectively with the engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
