Income continuation, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to financial advisors. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account and flexible spending account. Financial advisors enjoy flexibility in their schedule and, where required by applicable law, are eligible for paid sick leave and paid time off. Financial advisors may be eligible for bonuses; profit sharing; paid medical and parental leave for Financial Advisors that satisfy eligibility requirements; and participation in the firm's Travel Award Program. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.
