Role Overview:
As the Associate Director of Nursing, you ll play a pivotal role in delivering quality care while supporting the objectives and standards of the Nursing Services department. Partnering closely with the Director of Nursing, you ll:

  • Act as a clinical and management resource for the team.
  • Serve as a positive role model and agent of change.
  • Ensure the highest standards of nursing care and services for our residents.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
  • Experience in long-term care preferred.
