Estate Planning Attorney

Established law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to add to their growing team 

Trust & Estates Associate Attorney Requirements:


  • 2 years experience in trust, estates and probate.
  • Experience in high-net-worth trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, federal estate tax returns preferred
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner
  • Able to handle sensitive and complex client matters
  • Strong academic background preferred
  • Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
  • Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
  • Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
  • Must have a protable book of business.
