You will drive business throughout the territory by developing and maintaining relationships with partners and end users. You will have some discretion to operate within some flexibility on pricing and margins on competitive projects, etc. This individual will generally have standard to high sales targets or quotas, operating independently on those goals with access to all company support mechanisms and resources. How you will do it:Assign yearly targets/quotas for channel partnersDevelop KPIs for partnersDevelop strategies with partners for growthMaintain annual quota/forecastsProvide product updates, product overviews and demonstrations to key stakeholdersWork within the territory to identify new opportunities / partnersWork with partners on channel planning and business strategies to develop market shareWhat we look for:Required6 years of sales experience5 years experience managing a successful territory with proven record of successTravel up to 50%Sound knowledge of the security industryChannel Selling ExperienceExperience conducting customer presentations and demonstrationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferredSales experience in the security industryBachelor’s DegreeSalesforce knowledgeNOTE: This is a virtual/remote position considering candidates who reside within Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania.BonusHIRING SALARY RANGE: $77,000 - $116,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
