The Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) Analyst provides analytical guidance to ensure our tools & processes to support supply chain performance are at a world class caliber. The SCO organization key objectives are to implement and champion consistent processes across the supply chain planning organization, ensure master data governance and system adoptability across the planning organization. They will drive mastery of planning fundamentals which will enable TreeHouse to become a forward-thinking organization. Their main responsibilities include:
Assist the Supply Chain Optimization team with our reporting capabilities by partnering to develop tools and reporting content that will improve our service to both internal and external customersSupport the standardization of processes across the Supply Chain by collaborating to develop and/or enhance policies and proceduresAssist in the training of end-users on new/improved processes and utilize metrics to ensure/measure end-user complianceProvide high level summaries/conclusions to management/peers by analyzing and interpreting large datasetsResearch, propose and incorporate new types of analytics/analytical views into our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) contentParticipate in supply chain initiatives such as system implementations, divestitures & acquisitions, and network optimizationProvide basic, non-technical system support to end users by fielding inquiries regarding our ERP systemsAssist with Reporting/Analysis support for cross category or ad hoc requestsBuild credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levelsPerform other duties as assigned Important D etails:
T his is a full - time role located out of our corporate Oakbrook office. This will be a hybrid role following a Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday - Thursday onsite schedule.
About You :
You'll fit right in if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business , Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science or related field required .APICS or CPSM certification a plus3+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain with a high level of focus in data analysis1-3+ years of cross-functional supply chain planning with hands on experience in developing KPI reportingStrong analytical skills with the capacity to problem solve and influence decision-makingCapable of engaging in multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines.Display the aptitude to learn new processes and analytical tools quicklyPossess interpersonal skills to work within a fast-paced team environmentDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Windows PC; Microsoft office SuiteIntermediate to Advanced skills in Excel is a mustBeginner to Intermediate skills in Access is a plusHands-on experience with ERP modules such as SAP HANA/BW, SAP APO, SAP IBP, JDA/i2, Blue Yonder, etc. Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away
