THIS ROLE IS A HYBRID POSITION REQUIRING FREQUENT ON-SITE WORK- MUST BE WITHIN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE

EPIC certification preferred; if not certified, must become EPIC certified within 3 weeks of completing the mandatory EPIC training sessions.

Must be available to travel for EPIC training the week of 3/31/2025.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare , Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience working with Epic systems or similar EHR platform required .

• High School diploma with 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.

• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and patient access workflows

• Epic Cadence and Prelude Certification preferred

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configure and build the Epic Cadence and Prelude modules to align with organizational workflows and policies.

• Customize scheduling templates, visit types, and registration workflows to optimize patient access and streamline operations.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows.

• Create and execute test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure accurate configuration.

• Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing phases, including unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Collaborate with end-users to conduct thorough testing and obtain feedback for system improvements.

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, including schedulers, registrars, and other patient access staff.

• Provide go-live support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

• Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the Cadence and Prelude modules post-implementation.
