Over 50 dedicated associates come together to produce wet and dry coatings for our pet food brands nationwide, making this location truly special. Join us in Hager City, where we work as one to create exceptional pet food coatings.As a Senior Accounting Coordinator, you will work closely with the manufacturing and accounting teams within the factory to support the processing of invoices, standard reporting, materials,inventory management, and payroll processing.Perform all payroll functions and related analysis, including review and reconciliation of new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, promotions, time tracking, manual checks, deductions andquarterly bonus payoutsAdminister the plant timekeeping system including updating employee information, reviewing supervisor reports and entering timekeeping updates and changesOversee uniform management for factory employeesProcess invoicesComplete various month end duties as assignedOther duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent1+ years' experience in an accounting, payroll, administrative, or inventory role within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $44,000 - $61,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
